Louis Fan Siu-wong (born June 19, 1973) is a Hong Kong actor and martial artist. He is best known for his role as Ricky Ho in Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (1991) and as Jin Shanzhao in Ip Man (2008) and Ip Man 2 (2010).

Fan was born in Hong Kong in 1973, the son of the 1970s martial arts film actor Fan Mei-sheng. At the age of 14, Fan traveled to Xuzhou on the request of his father to take up martial arts in order to improve his thin physique. There, Fan studied gymnastics and wushu.
Fan began his career as an action star in the mid 1980s. Between 1995-1997, he was a contract artiste under the Hong Kong television station TVB and starred in several television dramas; he eventually left TVB and worked on a few more television series in Taiwan and mainland China before focusing on films; most of his films are not internationally known. Fan is best known for his role as Ricky in Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky at the age of 18. The film was notorious for its amount of violence, and became famous on the Internet. Fan is most recognized as Jin Shanzhao, the tough Northern stylist in the 2008 biopic Ip Man, a role he reprised in the 2010 sequel, Ip Man 2. He plays a completely different character in The Legend is Born – Ip Man.
